EU Order Withdrawal
Customers purchasing goods for delivery to the European Union may withdraw from an eligible order without providing a reason.
You may notify us of your decision at any time before delivery or within 14 days after receiving your order. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins when the final item is delivered.
HAMMER SURVIVAL also offers a 30-day return period, giving you additional time beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
Submit an EU Order Withdrawal
Select the button below and complete the prefilled email. Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- Your order number
- Whether you are returning the entire order or specific items
Your withdrawal notice is submitted when you send the completed email. We will acknowledge your request and provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not return any items before receiving these instructions.
Returning Your Order
You may return your order for any reason. The goods should be returned with all included parts, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
We will refund:
- The full purchase price of the returned items
- Any original outbound shipping charges paid with the order
We will process your full refund promptly after receiving the returned items or receiving valid proof that they have been sent back.
Once issued, refunds commonly take approximately 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
