How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated international delivery times are:

  • Free Economy Shipping: 14–21 days
  • Standard Shipping: 10–14 days

Delivery estimates may vary because of customs clearance, local postal delays, or other carrier issues.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are emailed after your order ships. If the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, contact us for an update.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. HAMMER SURVIVAL ships worldwide to supported destinations. Orders to Australia and the USA include free shipping.

Are there any local restrictions?

Please ensure that the products you order comply with your local laws and restrictions. Local customs clearance is the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the requested change before the order is processed or shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We also accept major cryptocurrencies by prior arrangement. Contact orders@hammersurvival.com for crypto payment instructions.

How do returns work?

Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. We will refund the full purchase price and any original outbound shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

Check the tracking information first. If the parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us for an update.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a problem?
