Tube bands are typically the more durable option and are well suited for regular use where longer service life is the priority. Flat bands generally recoil faster for a quicker shot cycle, while trading some lifespan compared with tube bands. Both options are supplied ready to install as shown in the product images.
Tube sets include four rubber tubes with bowstring. Flat sets include two flat rubber bands with bowstring.
